Baby Gorilla Navicular Plate
The Baby Gorilla Mini Plating System is a comprehensive foot and ankle specific
plating system that includes an expansive offering of over 65 unique plates all
accommodating both 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm locking and non-locking variable angle plate screws.
In addition, the Baby Gorilla includes a robust assortment of instrumentation
specific to foot and ankle procedures including small pin compression and
distraction tools, curettes, reduction forceps as well as straight and curved osteotomes.
The Baby Gorilla Navicular plates are anatomically designed to match the unique
anatomy and curvature of the Navicular.
The Navicular plates are offered in two different sizing options for both the
left and right foot.
The unique hole placement on the plates were designed around fracture patterns
commonly seen in Navicular fractures and include a dorsal tab that can be wrapped
around the dorsal aspect of the Navicular for optimal fit.
In addition, the Baby Gorilla locking screws have the capability to lag the plate
down to the bone, reducing prominence and creating a ridged construct.
